Description	The fastest Image viewer that I have come across. This is the Windows 95 or Windows NT version. Double click on the icon to download it to a temporary directory (e.g., c:\temp). Then, using file manager to view the contents of that directory, double click on the program acdc.exe. It will guide you through the installation process.
