Powerpoint Animation Player	The Powerpoint Animation Player will enable you to view Powerpoint presentations (including some of the pages on this system) exactly as they would appear in a live Powerpoint presentation. (Updated 5/26/1997).
RealPlayer (audio & video)	A program that allows you to listen and view live video and audio broadcasts on the Internet. (Updated 4/20/00).
Net Show (audio & video)	A Microsoft program that allows you to listen and view video and audio broadcasts on the Internet and play many fifferent types of audio and video files. (Updated 10/26/98).
Crescendo	Have a sound card and speakers? Want to hear music while you are viewing home pages (if they have sound built in)? You can download and install a program that will allow you to do that. The latest version is great. (Updated 5/6/1999)
A super web searching program
WebFerret	The WebFerret program will enable you to search the Web for information a lot faster than you are able to by using the search engines in your browser. (Updated 9/30/1998).
HTML Editors
DerekWare	Another nice HTML editor for Windows 95 that is free. This program will help you to create Web pages.
Hypetype	A nice HTML editor for Windows 3.1 that is free (donationware). This program will help you to create Web pages.
Mail Clients (POP3) - Programs to access your e-mail
Pegasus	PEGASUS Mail is a great program to send, receive and manage mail if you use homer or some other mail system that supports SMTP and POP3 protocols. (updated 5/12/99)
Eudora Lite	Eudora-- a great program to send, receive and manage mail if you use homer. (updated 8/20/98)
A Program to enable you to send Voice Mail
PureVoice	PureVoice is a program that will allow you to send voice mail instead of traditional e-mail by allowing you to very easily record your messages and attach them to your mail. (updated 3/3/99)

News XPress	News XPress is a news group cliet program that will enable you to read and interact with newsgroups.
WS_FTP	A free FTP Program for Windows 95/98; one of the best ones available. Updated September 9, 1999.
TN3270	A program that allows you to access your UofL email (Profs or student mail) when you are using Web access (with TCP/IP), i.e., you are using Netscape.
Telnet client	A program that allows you to access non-IBM multi-user machines on the Internet (e.g., homer at UofL) if you have Web access (with TCP/IP), i.e., you are using Netscape.
