Telnet software to access homer (Unix machine) | ||

This program will enable you to telnet to any computer
(not IBM mainframes) on the Internet. Allows you to access your homer account
(for example) from anywhere in the world, once you are connected to the
Internet. This version is freeware.
Double click on the icon to download it to a temporary directory (e.g., c:\temp). Then, using file manager to view the contents of that directory, double click on the program ewan.exe. It will de-compress the file you downloaded and begin the installation. Respond to the installation dialog to complete the installation. Finally, you need to sit it up by providing the IP address of the machine you wish to telnet to. |
