Double click on the icon to download it to a temporary directory (e.g., c:\temp). Then, using file manager to view the contents of that directory, double click on the program qws3270.exe. It will tell you that it is going to put the files in a directory called c:\ulnet\qws3270 (change the directory only if you normally manage directories); click on the "unzip" button. Doing so will install the files in that directory. Go to the c:\ulnet\qws3270 directory with file manager and drag the icon QWS3270.exe to any folder that you wish. Click on the icon that you just created and set it up to access your mail by entering for the host name ulkyvm.louisville.edu

You can enter the host name by going to the setup option in the menu bar and choosing options. Enter the host name in the top box.
